After you've fought Cyrus and finished that, he'll head straight to the top of Mount Coronet - to the Spear Pillar, which is where you catch Dialga and Palkia. Talk to the grunt outside and he'll give you a key that lets you past a barrier inside the head-quarters. Once you have done that, head to the Veilstone Galactic Building. To get there, you must have beaten Candice, the 7th leader, at Snowpoint.

Giratina is found in the Distortion World, which is a dark, Pokemon-less place full of dread and despair. Just thought it would make it easier by explaining the whole thing. Since giratina changes form if you capture it and go out of the distortion world, give that to him and he will change back to his form that he was in when you saw him in the distortion world. Jump in and go through until you find a poke-ball, which will have the grisious orb. Once you beat the pokemon league, go back there till you find a portal, there is a item right behind the portal, the rare bone. You can't go back in the caves to get to the portal to take you back because cynthia is blocking it. Jump into that and you will be in the spring path. If you capture or kill him, he will either be with you or dead, there will be a portal. Cyrus will say some stuff then dialga and palkia appear (you can't capture them yet) then giratina shows up and then goes back down in the portal, cyrus will go in, then talk to cynthia and she will take you into the portal, which should take you to the distortion world, once you get to the end, ( I recommend using youtube to get through the distortion world) you will have to battle cyrus first, once you beat him, go forward and take on giratina, make sure you have a duskball or master ball. Once you get there, battle the two grunts, then go forward, you rival should appear and help you battle two out of the three bosses, you beat them, and move forward a couple of steps. You have to beat the 7th gym, then go to spear pillar.
